I actually experienced a similiar issue in my initial use of the MagicJack, but once I ran the MagicFix (accessible from www.magicjack.com)  program the problem resolved and the static or stuttering was gone. Guess this sometimes happens when other audio programs are running on your computer but MagicFix remedies the issue.  I also understand the company requests to run MagicFix as the &#039;1st line customer support&#039; option (followed by the online tech support)  and seems like its a good idea considering your customer support experience with onlie tech chat.
