PG – I did take a look at it, and we filled it out to get us thinking of what we wanted to put into our will and trust. My husband is signed up for a legal service plan through work, so we actually went to a lawyer for the real deal, but it was definitely a good start for us. Hope this helps!

Did you ever take a more detailed look at the will/trust site? I already have a trust, but started poking through the site because I thought it might be useful to friends. It looked fairly thorough and well-done to me, but I’m definitely not an expert on these matters. I’d love to have some other opinions on it.

Ya they’re all crooks….really watch out for HSBC bank sponsored cards….they like to send due dates on long holiday weekends and try to spin you into lots of unregulated and unethical “fees” and such….parasites…all of them

Thanks for the site. I was having trouble finding this will and trust download and see here that it is online now. Her suzeorman.com site doesn't have anything there anymore about it....maybe expired. Thanks Candy Lady
